I upgraded my 2 Joomla sites to the latest version and I think its my host that is the problem but how do I troubleshoot the slowest logons and connection issues I have been having the last 2 days? My HTML websites work fine on the same server.

Try testing your sites performance at https://gtmetrix.com/ and see what they say is causing a slow site.

I did try that and where they get a "F" is with files like .css, .js, .jpg, and maybe others that do no have an expire date set, or something like that. I have never set an expire date in my life so I don't understand why I have to now or know how to do it. But I did have my sites hacked recently where added users were found so my ISP ran a scan and found the following malware and I deleted it. I am guessing I may need to rebuild from scratch.
