i have installed JCH, lazyload, jQuery Easy, but the loading time is still take 10seconds ...

i am appreciated if joomla experts would give me advices

One thing i notice. If you have JCH you dont need lazyloadforjoomla. It seems you then have 2 plugins that are doing the same. JCH can allow for lazyloading.

But it seems to be that this might be server related also. You have a large site and that requires a good host.

Try to use some other cache options too tips like LiteSpeed cache bcs it have the best performance cache metrix for Joomla https://www.litespeedtech.com/products/ ... celeration be sure you install that latest version from Github "Latest xxxx" if if you can use it with JCH also...its possible.

Test a specific async/defer plg example https://www.daycounts.com/shop/plugins/ ... sync-defer and config it.

And also if you can use a server cache with HTTP2 Push enabled https://www.web-expert.gr/en/joomla-ext ... che-joomla

Go to your backend to make a repair/optimise of all of your database tables and disable delete all plg modules and Joomla components you dont use

but nothing improvement for the performance scored in Lighthouse

You are wasting your time. You cannot squeeze Ferrari performance out of a bicycle. Your hosting is not good enough.!!!

The version of php is 5.3 - this has been end of life for years.
Current versions of php are massively faster!!!

Yes the hosting industry has some hosting providers that now changed the way they do their services. I think the best way is to have your own hardware control and how you use it. So if you can afford it rent your own hardware. Now you will be punished if you using your right for memory, cpu power etc and the hosting provider shut your server down with reference that you using 100% of your memory and cpu power you paid for. So you should use less than what you have paid for.

Example I got from a server that suddenly not working as it did from the beginning and not much changed but I expect it had more customer to share it with..
