Random addition of /Tracks/ in url

Our website randomly began displaying /Tracks/ in the url of two of our pages. Obviously this is not a page so if a customer tries to access our FAQ or Customization page they are seeing the 404 page error message. I'm feeling braindead trying to figure out where this came from or how to remove it. I'm the only person who has access to the admin area and I had not made any changes or updates to these pages around the time of the error popping up. Has anybody seen this?

running joomla 3.8.7 (in process of testing updates to 4)
php 7.4.27

Total duh on my end, I just need to rebuild the menus. But does anybody happen to know how that corrupts? Very random and interesting for the spontaneous issue to arise.

Our Joomla is severly outdated.

It was released before php 7.4 and is probably not compatible.

Most important is to keep Joomla up to date. You have missed 3.8.8 to 3.8.12 and 28 versions og 3.9 and 6 versions of 3.10

Current version is 3.10.6 and is needed in order to migrate to J4
