I cannot get the upgrade to 3.5.1 to work. It stalls upgrading files.......... I have to get this upgraded so I can make it ADA compliant.

You cannot use PHP 7 with J! 2.5: simple as that.

Got the Host to change the PHP version and got a 1062 error... Now cant access site so will have to restore again.
