Error in preparing for upgrade to 4 Topic is solved

I was following instructions on https://docs.joomla.org/Joomla_3.x_to_4 ... _Migration to update a client's site from 3.10 to 4 (in preparation to go to 5. I realize he is way behind.)

Following the instruction: "Go to System → Global Configuration → Server tab and turn Error Reporting from System Default to Maximum. Make sure to Save & Close."

I hit Save and the following is all I can see:

Ok my client was able to fix it on the server. So we are back to normal (haven't upgraded yet). Still wondering why it would do that though.

Depends on the error reporting setting

LiveSite: Is Not Empty ... could cause problems later on.

The Errors are php version related.

php 8.2 is to high for J3

PHP 8.2 is too high for 3.10.x? Then why does FPA report:

PHP Supports J! 3.10.12: Yes

That may be the general advice we give (I've done so myself) but it just seems strange the FPA contradicts our advice.

The errors may not be related to the actual J3.10 core but to 3rd party extensions.

I have 1 J3 site running on php 8.1.27 and 1 on php 8.2.16. But they won't run on wamp higher than 7.4.x.
