Problem during migration to new host Topic is solved

Hello,
I am moving a site from one host to another. I have done the following:
At original host
- Export the database
- Select all files and folders in public_html (or other root)
- Compress as .zip
- Download the zip

New host
- Create the database
- Import .sql database file
- Upload and extract the .zip file in the public_html folder
- Edit configuration.php and change $user, $password and $db to that which were used for the new database.
- Change $log_path and $tmp_path to the current host paths

I expect the site to be invoked with 'jztestserver.com' but a default page appears which is the generic site under development page. When I try to invoke with 'jztestserver.com/index.php' I get the following messages:

I would appreciate help as I try to resolve this.

I think before anything I'd update the Joomla to 3.10.11 and update all extensions, then move the site to the hosting.
Joomla 3.10.11 is the latest, and you should be using PHP 8.0 or 8.1 on Joomla 3.10.x. PHP 7.3.33 is long out of date and EOL.

The setting for Error Reporting in the Server tab of the Global Configuration of Joomla has been set to 'System Default'. This selection gets the actual value from the PHP settings, which is in the FPA results in numeric format 30709. When this number is interpreted, we can see the following selections in the php.ini file, managed by the host:

Those selections mean that PHP reports also Deprecated errors, which cause the issue when the application tries to start.

Change the Error Reporting in the Global Configuration to Simple, which filters the Deprecated errors and will allow the application to start.

If the back end of Joomla cannot be accessed, write enable and edit the file configuration.php:

The other possible option in this situation is 'none' or no reporting at all, which is the recommended selection for live production.
