Upgrade 3.6.3 - admin now not working

Thanks for this, I have just updated to 3.6.4 and found this problem. I could access modules when opened in a different browser to what I usually use. Forced refresh on the modules fixed the problem.

Clearing the cache worked for me. Currently busy with 2 local sites and also couldn't edit the one's modules.
