Error when upgrading to 3.6.5

I'm trying to upgrade my website to 3.6.5
and when I press on "update now"
im getting this error
.... is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I deleted the cashe and didn't help.
ideas ?

What version are you trying to update from?

What method are you using to update?

Joomla 5.1.0 "live" site on PHP 8.2.15 and MariaDB 10.11.7
Joomla 5.1.0 on XAMMP for OSX with PHP 8.2.4 and MariaDB 10.4.28
