cant connect to Admin Panel Page

Hello all,
My name is Ricky,
after upgraded to Joomla 3,
I cant even connect to the Admin Page,
school.kazaf.com.hk/Administrator
can you give me some advice how to fix it?

For starters I changed /Administrator to /administrator, (on some servers - Linux - that makes the difference) and that URL works but then I then get PHP errors:

It would be best if you run the FPA report please: viewtopic.php?f=714&t=793531 (refer to Forum Rules, top of the page, pink section third item.....)

What version did you upgrade from? did you follow all the necessary instructions (e.g. from 2.5.x to 3.x is not a straightforward migration - there are extension incompatibilities to consider and many other things).

I assume you have read the instructions; run the fpa-en.php script that you would have uploaded to your Joomla folder on the server. Once done, copy the output of the report (BBCode formatted results) into a new post here on this thread (your question). The report's output is formatted for the forum (which uses BBCode, (a markup language designed for forums like this)).

I don't know what you mean:

i had login to the FPA in my web site.

The link doesn't work. (fpa-en.php is not found.......).

Since my last posting, there now doesn't even appear to be a Joomla site (working or not) installed to your website domain so the FPA can't report on the information we're asking for from you.
