Update from 3.4.8

Hi, i am not able to update joomla from version 3.4.8 to any other version. I have tried so many options, but still nothing works. Can you help me? It shows me messages:

Or if somebody have sec i will send you my credentials and you can try to update. It is very important to me to update to version 3.8.10 because i have bought some extension and without this update it isn´t working.

maybe i found the problem : The PHP temporary folder is not writable by the Joomla! instance, which may cause issues when attempting to upload extensions to Joomla. If you are having issues uploading extensions, check the 'C:\Windows\temp' and set it to be writable and see if this fixes the issue.

But how to fix it?

System TMP Writable: No , this must be Yes . Session Path Writable: No , also this must be Yes.
Folders inside root folder must be 644, files must be 755 and configuration.php must be 444. You have permission issue and you must contact with your host to fix everything.
