I upgraded from 3.8.2 to 3.9. I am unable to add menu items since. I get the following errors.
500 Unknown column 'a.note' in 'field list'
or
0 Cannot use object of type stdClass as array
The only click on available is to return to control panel. Could anybody help?
I have not created any new menus but it does seem to allow me to do so.

Hi,
It seems you have 2 problems.
1. To fix "unknown column...", try Extensions -> Database -> Fix.
2. "Cannot use object.." is often related to templates. Check if an update exists.

Enable Debug to see where the error is ocurring . If you are using the Isis adminisyrstor template, it's most likrly s plugin.

No i set this up from scratch. I checked the database and all is okay there. There is no template update available for it. I have just got it working on mobile devices so dont want to change. How do you enter debug mode?

Thanks for that it doesnt seem to be this. Do the debug files make any sense?
