Always have to restart server after update

Hello,

why do I have to restart my server after every upgrade i make to joomla?
I upload the package and the update always gets stuck in 100 percent and then i have to restart the server to open the website admistration and frontend

Don't know if these are contributing factors but just pointing them out:

* Your free disk space seems a bit low (6.36 GiB ~ 6.82GB).

* PHP 5.6.31 is out of date.

* Are your third party extensions updated?


The settings for Memory Limit, Post Size, Upload Size, Max Execution time all seem sufficient.
