You should update the Joomla version from 3.9.5 to 3.9.6.
I would:
  • First create a backup of the site and download that to another computer. You can use a 3rd party extension Akeeba Backup for that: https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/akeeba-backup/
  • Update Joomla to 3.9.6
  • Check if there are any more updates via Extensions > Manage > Update. You will probably see a Dutch langauge pack for Joomla 3.9.6 that can be installed after updating Joomla.

Hi Pe7er, I think OP means that in the bottom it already says he has 3.9.6 while the message says to update to a version before (3.9.5)
Which is odd in a way, isn't it?

My solution to this would be to run the update again. (of course make a backup first, but there should be regular back ups anyway)
In my experience it will pick up the latest version even if it shows a version before...

Mhh, thanks! I think that I need glasses :-)

Yes, I would try to run the update again as well.
And I would also try: Extensions > Manage > Update Sites > Rebuild

Make a backup
Download the the Joomla Update package
Components >>> Joomla update ... Upload&Update (tab) ... Upload and install the Update zip.
Then
Extensions >>> Manage >>> Discover
Extensions >>> Manage >>> Update
Extensions >>> Manage >>> Database ... fix
