Erreur after migration joomla 2.5 to 3.5

Pleas i need help

After Migartion JOOMLA 2.5.28 to JOOMLA 3.5 i have 2 problems in the front and BackO :

FRONT :

in the Backend i have this probleme :

Fatal error: Call to a member function getDocument() on null in /plugins/system/sef/sef.php on line 36


Please someone can help me??

You need to update all your third party components, or disable them while sorting the issue.

Yes i did but no result , i can see my front now but not my Backend.
