The Joomla site seems to be running all right. What is the actual problem, please copy and paste the error message or attach a screenshot. Presumably you are trying to update the website to Joomla 3.9.26.

BTW, please create your own topics in the future! Even if you find a similar topic, the issue and the root cause can be different, which makes it difficult to give advice and manage the dialogue.

Thank you for your message. Yes, I am trying to update the website to Joomla 3.9.26. I have tried to create a new topic but unfortunately I was unable to create a new topics and also saw that there are same topics still on the forum that's why I thought to add comment on the same topics.

Ok, so what actually happens when you try to use the update option from Components - Joomla! Update?
