3.9.28 Showing as Most Current

Hello,
My understanding was that 3.9 to 3.10 was to be one click.
I've been checking my installation since the 4.0 release, and 3.9.28 is still showing as the most current version. Do I need to adjust something to see the update?

See viewtopic.php?f=710&t=977548. This explains why you see J! 3.9.28 as the "the current version".
