Extensions: Install Languages No Matching Results

No list is showing when I try to install a new languages on 3.6.5. The cache have been cleared

(a) What happens when you click the button "Find Languages"? Try to repeat it few times.


(b) If above step does not work, try the following:
(i) Clear the Browser's Cache, close the browser, open the browser
(ii) Log into the site's back-end
(iii) Go to the screen "Maintenance: Clear Cache (Site)" (System => Clear Cache), click on the button "Delete All"
(iv) Repeat the above step for the Admin - screen "Maintenance: Clear Cache (Administrator)"
(v) Click on the menu item "Clear Expired Cache" and in the resultant screen "Maintenance: Clear Expired Cache" click on the button "Clear Expired Cache"
(vI) Now try to find the languages to install

Unfortunately, I did all the steps, but it show the same "No Matching Results".

I'm having the exact same problem on a new (test-)install in a sub-directory. On my LIVE site in root it's working fine...
