Problem with 3 languages site

I have a 3-language site (Persian, English, and Arabic). The problem is that when I enter English or Arabic language and press the f5 key or Switch between languages several times , do not have to go back to Farsi, and the problem is resolved only by clearing the browser cache and cookies.
in language Module ,cache settings set "no cache"
please help me
Joomla version 3.6
template is jm plus

I can't reproduce your issues (what has F5 key to do with it?).
j 3.6 is obsolete and has vulnerabilities.
please first update to last available version (do that in multiple steps, i.e 3.6.5 first, etc) before we look at your issue.
