Language install fails

Hi Guys,

i installed a clean new joomla 3.0 and all works fine during install.
Now i tried to install the german language-pack and it fails with this output:

Warning
Error connecting to the server: %s
Install path does not exist
×
Error
Invalid URL
×
Message
Error installing German Try again later or contact the language team coordinator

Can somebody help ?

PS: Same problem on all language packs :-(

We are aware of issues in some settings.
This has been corrected in master and it should work in the soon-to-be-released 3.0.1

By the mean time, you could download the appropriate language packs from http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtrans ... tion=index and install it just like any other extension.
