Wrong language
Hello there,
Joomla 3.6.5
Virtuemart 3.0.18.9
I have installed Greek and English language and set up Greek as default. At front-end Greek language is showing up just fine, but it looks like site behaves like language has English as default, because user registration e-mails are sent to English language. Also at Virtuemart backend if i enter a product or a category i see English language selected at drop down at top left.
So, it looks like default language is English but visitor sees Greek and also at backend at languages Greek is default.
Is there a way to check in database maybe some wrong entries to reverse or any other ideas?
Thank you in advance

Re: Wrong language
Mod. Note: Relocating the Topic to the Language J3.x Forum.
You set Default language independently for the front end and administrator. Language can also be set at login for the administrator.

Re: Wrong language
Is it a multiligual site using the core multilingual feature (languagefilter on, swicther, etc.) ?

Re: Wrong language
You might find the solution for your problem in this VirtueMart forum thread:
http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=137335.0
If you recently updated VirtueMart from a older version, you will encounter a change. For a long time, the default VM language when adding new products in the administration, was the selected Joomla site language. Recently that changed. Now the default language in the backend is the selected Joomla administration language.
