Languages installation problem

Languages installation problem

Hi,

When I try to install a new language I've got the followig warning :

Warning
The update table is not up to date. Please rebuild your update server table

To solve this problem, I did the following actions :

1 - I rebuild the update server table : Extensions > Update Sites - Rebuild
2 - I click the Fix button on Extensions > Database
3 - I Reinstall Joomla core files

But it doesn't change anything. Any idea to solve my problem ?
