Multilingual Associations manager is not showing up in the Joomla Admin Menu

Hello, I am running Joomla 3.7.4 and the Multilingual Associations manager is not showing up as an option in the Admin Components menu. I have the Language Filter plug-in enabled and the Associations setting turned on. There are several articles in English and French that are associated to each other.

I have two other sites set up almost exactly the same and the Multilingual Association manager displays for them, but not this site.

Are there other settings elsewhere that perhaps could have disabled this component so that it doesn't show? I have looked everywhere and can't find anything.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Looks like you had a bad update.
What happens if you try to discover it (Extensions=>Discover)

Discovery doesn't show it. And I checked in The manage extensions and it shows te Multilingual Associations component as installed and enabled.

That's why it's odd it isn't showing up.

Your update did not work as should.
The com_associations menu was NOT added to the db as it was done via the script.php.

You should be able to solve that by downloading last official joomla pack and then use Joomla! Update => Upload and Update tab.

I am having the same issue - multilingual associations component is showing up as available and enabled in the manage area - but not in the extensions list

I have tried reinstalling joomla update several times now

I uninstalled the multi linguage assaitions through the manage process, then did the update, then the discover - bingo!
