Backend new user can't select frontend language

Backend new user can't select frontend language

Hi,

I want to manually add users from the backend. But I can't select the default frontend language for each user. The only visible option is "use default".

How can I set the frontend language per user?

1. Which Joomla version is used?
2. Is the site set as multilingual? If yes, is it using the core multilingual feature?
3. Do you get a choice for the backend languages?
4. Please post here screenshots of the Language Manager and the Content Languages Manager
5. Looks like you added a plugin "IP Login". Does it have any impact here?
