how to add a new language to jumla

I would like to add the Kyrgyz but this is not in the list. what could I download from the official website of Jumla and install it?

Welcome to the Joomla! forum.

At present Joomla! does not have a language pack for Kyrgyz-Kyrgyzstan (ie. ky-KG). Be known that the language packs are done by volunteers just like you and I.

If you are willing to be a volunteer to create the language pack Kyrgyz, we would be happy to guide you through the process. If could also create a group of volunteers who would be willing to help you in creating the language pack.

Please let us know your thoughts.
