Translate read mode

Site with joomla 3.8.3
I can not translate the read more in frontend article.
We searched for language files and did not find
Can someone give me a hint where?

Please let us know more details such as the following:

(a) What language you are referring to?
(b) From whether the language pack has been downloaded?
(c) What is the language pack's file name?

Be informed that there is a possibility that the text string "Read More" could be coming from the template, either due to missing language string for the default site language or due to hard-coded text string. To find out whether template is the problem, change the default template to Protostar and check whether the same behavior is exhibited.

Also: 3.8.3 is obsolete and vulnerable. You should update. 3.8.6 will be available on the 13th.
