Frontend Translation only working when "Debug Language" is activated

Hi,

My front-end modules are translated only when "Debug Language" is activated (where I can see in the Debug Console that my language files are loaded). Otherwise, they are displayed in English.

Except this problem, all the rest is ok, as well as the back-end, even the "Joomla! Debug Console" name's and content is translated.
