Language switcher doesn't link correctly

Hello guys, since I ve' update to the Joomla version 3.8.1, my language switcher is getting me wrong link to every language. It reflects on the main menu that it doesn't work anymore properly. I ve read that it could depend on the difference between & and & on the URL (I know there is not SEF setup)
The first page you can see it works properly, but when you change language with the flags icon everything screws up

Methinks you have setup the language settings incorrectly because it defaults to http://www.defendertech.eu/index.php?lang=it and my browser is set English. Do you have separate menu items for each language or are you using an auto translate ?

Yes, I've got a separate menu item for each language. No autotranslate

I've correct the setup, the default language now is based on the browser language.

Still the problem on. Another solution is setup SEF url but, the actual links have very good seo and position. Don't want to remove it

Yes I see, but if you easily change the language letters in the url, it works everything (also the icemegamenu)

TO

OR

AND SO ON

But if you click through the flags something goes wrong

OK, not sure what is/was going on, but I tried installing Italian, setup a temp article, etc. and it worked. I deleted all of the German items, re-installed it all, setup new categories, menu, etc., and it now works.

Could be cache. Could be a 3rd party extension that's why I requested the fpa report viewtopic.php?f=714&t=793531
