I have tested these languages update (as listed in the image attached) in both Joomla! v.3.8.10 and v3.8.11. The updates were done without any error message.

What version of Joomla! is being used?

Also, could you please confirm whether it happens only with language packs or with any extension?

What happens if you download the new language files from http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtrans ... tion=index and install them?

Hi,

Sorry for the late response, but now we are encountering the same problem when installing plugins, updating core files and plugins. I can give you the login details to see the error. Please see below error. Thanks

What version of Joomla! is being used?

Whether Joomla! was upgraded from an earlier version? If the answer is "Yes", how was it upgraded?

In the screen "Extensions: Database" (Extension => Manage -> Database), if the database schema version is different than that of your Joomla! version, click on the button titled "Fix" and see what happens.

Note:
Make sure to take a back-up of your entire site files and the database content before attempting this.

Hi,

Joomla version, 3.9.1 updated thru Joomla Update on the back end.

In the screen "Extensions: Database" (Extension => Manage -> Database), if the database schema version is different than that of your Joomla! version, click on the button titled "Fix" and see what happens.

DId the above suggestion and tried to install the plugin again and still showing the same error.

0 Database error - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 3

I can give you back end access if needed. Thanks

Please help. Thanks

Regards,
Gary
