Problem with Users Groups Access Levels

Hello,

I've a problem with the Users / Groups / Access Levels.

All is correctly done because privat articles are accessibles only when user have a privat access level (they are many access levels for many online trainings in different languages).

But when I created a module 'mod_articles_category' on sibebar position (summary accessible on all privat articles from a category), I discovered that 2 users with the same rights (the same access level for the same group) have 2 different URL for the same articles.
Something like that:
  • For one user it's: nomdomaine.com/fr/espace-prive/categories/76-aroma-1/627-icones-info
  • For the second user it's: nomdomaine.com/fr/espace-prive/formation-aroma/76-fr/aroma-1/627-icones-info
Already I don't understand that... but the big problem is one of the user (again with the same rights – same level access) don't have access to the articles if the URL are made with « categories » (so this kind of URL nomdomaine.com/fr/espace-prive/categories/76-aroma-1/627-icones-info).

For info these URL are with /fr/ because this is the French section. The first URL is chosen buy Joomla into « all categories » (categories) and the second URL directly into the category when are the articles (ID 76).

I already posted this question into the french support but no answer.

Any idea? Is somebody already got the same problem?

hard to help when no access as superuser to your site and details about the users concerned, as well as how each of them got to these urls (I mean through which menus/sub-menus/...)
