Language Selector not working

Joomla 3.9.25
I have problem with setting up Language Selector module.
I have 4 languages setup. Defaul language was Polish. Now we adding english and despite I have menu for both, Home page for obth and categories for both setup the Selector does not show languages.

I tried the module at several different positions and it is not showing up.

I'm getting a "page isn't redirecting properly" error - can't view the site.

Yes I noticed and I really do not know hwat heppened. I was trying to setup multilanguage and suddenly something got screwed up. OMG I need to fix this ASAP. Any ideas what the check ?

Please use the multilingual status admin module to display your settings
