Joomla 3 encoding problem with french accent on tag title Topic is solved

Hello,

I build a new website (new installation) with lastest version of Joomla 3.9.25.
I have a problem only with the tag title of a page that use a french accent.

The result on the website (frontend) is : <title>Hôtel</title>
In the admin side (backend) : "Hôtel" in page title and menu title are OK

All other french accents on pages, modules, footer on the website are OK.
(Yes I have the meta charset utf8 and the lang is specified to fr for French)

It is totally abnormal.
One can choose a title with utf8 characters, even when frontend language is pure ascii and whether it is done as a general title or specific to a Content Language.

This is a problem related to your template, 3rd party extension or database collation.

After continue my investigations, the problem was the template effectively.
