You can update the default metadata from System > Global Configuration. From here you can update the site name and metadata Settings.
If your change is fairly recent, it could be that Google hasn't re-indexed the page yet and therefore you're seeing the old name.

When you have made the changes you can check the page source. Open the page then right click for the menu to view source.

I looked your site up and the homepage description is reading as:
"Kampuskaco is a one center system that contains information of all Universities and Institutions in Uganda including Hostels,Hotels, worship centers."
For me, I see Kampuskaco rather than KaCo.
However, KaCo is displaying as the page title. Is it this which you want to change rather than the description?

Well your code is not showing "Kaco". I see no trace of it. I don't see it as page title either (landing page that is)
You need to get into Google Search Console to have it re indexed. Then it is upto Google when this happens... but it will eventually...
Your sitemap may help a little in improvement... check in search console when your sitemap has been visited for the last time...

You can get the site map re-indexed by resubmit it.

Did you ensure that you had reindexed the site? See:

You might need to resubmit to search engines, this doesn't mean they will accept the change, it does increase the likelihood of them doing it though.
