Site name in Google

Hello,

I have a simple question. How I can change the title of my site name in google.
My company's name is TEAMOPTC and in google I show TEAMOPTC's in the title.
I want to remove ('s).

I think I will use the Google structured data's extension to change this.
It be will be easier also for the seo.

On google the title of my website is "TEAMOPTC'S" the 'S' is too much.
How can I change it?

Then, how to create sub links on google?
