Google is indexing pages - Discovered currently not indexed

Hello, Google is constantly ignoring new pages and it has been 2 months. The bot sees them but does not index them. The sitemap has this ending osmap/?view=xml&id=1&format=xml and includes all the pages inside as it should. Any suggestions?

Google's algorithm is messy last few months. Doesn't crawl as expected at all. Check un-crawl pages and made some backlinks as it would speed up process.

I use Jsitemap Pro not have these problems.
