noindex nofollow

Somewhere in my Home page (and maybe others as well) is the following line of html code :

<meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" />

I have no idea how it got there. It's Joomla 3.7 and upgraded to the very latest version.

More inportant. How can I edit that html page and remove the offending line?

Go to Global Configuration » Site » Metadata Settings » Robots = Index, Follow

Menus --> Main Menu --> Home --> Metadata --> Robots

Change it here.
