Titles and URLs management in Layout Blog

A nice day!
I'd like to know if it is possible to manage / modify the TITLE and its URL
of each article when they are added in Blog Layout mode.

I ask for this because I need to automate the process of articles publishing without
createing hidden menus where I must make the menu items for each item.
