SERP drop after installing jsitemap

After installing jsitemap on my website, ertmania.dk, my SERP has dropped for almost all my keywords. Some keywords dropped Big time.
I wrote the JExtensions Store support for a comment and they answered:
“This fact has nothing to do with sitemaps that are only related to links indexing, not ranking.

Keywords are only related to contents you've on the website. Google has changed a lot in they last 2 years so you may have dropped seo compared to competitors.”
I find that a strange answer since the purpose of using SEO extensions is getting better SERP?
Any opinions on this subject?

What did you use before JSitemap for an XML sitemap for google webmasters?
If you do not programm your life, someone else will do it for you.
