Hi!
My website is just https://www.vjcyber.com but today i got a suggestion from google search console that all varients of my website like below.
http://www.example.com
https://www.example.com
http://example.com
https://example.com

i only added https i want to know if i add other 3 what will be impact on seo and if i dont then what will be impact on SEO? will google consider remaining 3 as duplicate content as my website is only on https.

I think web speed is not my question my question is about to add site with https and http both in search console and its impact on SEO!

ok, then ONLY deal with https: at the moment so that search engines will find your site BUT people wont wait the 6 seconds for your site to load before moving on.
of course your site should only have "s" else it will be marked unsafe by chrome etc.

i know my website is slow but my question right now is not that and my site already have "s" but my question was do i need to submit the website with www and without www and http and with out http and its impact on SEO

Be adventurous. Submit all . It won't hurt your rankings but your page speed will hurt your bounce rate

Firstly,
You need to add both HTTP and HTTPS.

Secondly,
You must need to redirect all link to https://example.com or https://example.com with the canonical tags. It's very important to grow your site SEO ranking without duplicate content.

Well i think "sozzled" that it will duplicate the content as other two guys also think same. More over i think i should only submit with https:// for which my website is running.

The purpose of this post was to understand that it will cause any impact on SEO by duplicating content or not but it is converted into my exam! So what i think i told u

Good. You have answered your own question. I agree with you.

If your website only uses http:// then submit "http://" to Google. If your website uses https:// then do not submit both protocols to Google; just submit "https://". Simple.
