What is all that mean and how to get backlink from website's hight authority score ?

OH no this is really bad. But don't worry... There are many ways to improve your website authority. One good way is by having a backlink to your site. The more people and other websites talk about your site, the more Google will think that your website is interesting.

• Make unique content for your website
  Make sure your website is mobile-friendly
  Work on off-page techniques for your website
  Improve your page speed

And the main thing is being patience.

If you have spammy links pointing to your site, which is sometimes just out of your control, you can also upload a disavow file to Google Search Console:

Also, before I disavow any sites, I always check sem rush's description of what each of the "flags" actually means:

Not sure what that means, but those SEO sites use metrics that google doesn't use.
