excluding subfolder in joomla directory

Hi all,

I am using multilingual joomla. (https with ssl support) When I enter mysitecom is automatically directed to mysitecom/en/.

but I want to run another script with https feature in my mysitecom/app/ directory. When I type mysitecom/app/ it makes a wrong redirect as mysitecom/en/app/. I don't want joomla to url rewrite in this folder. I want to exclude the /app/ folder. How can I do that?

Hi, the System - Language Filter plugin has an option to remove URL Language Code. You could try that.

Does the physical folder app exist?

On an Apache web server, you can put another .htaccess file in this folder.
