Converting HTML website to Joomla Topic is solved

hello,

I am working for a client who has a requirement to convert his HTML website in Joomla. Now his condition is to keep the exact extension URL when his website will live with Joomla CMS. Will it be possible to have same URL structure if we convert from HTML to Joomla. Also, he wants to do it with his new SSL layer. I would appreciate if someone can guide me in this.

Are you referring to SSL certificate? If so, it is fully supported in Joomla! In addition, your hosting environment must support SSL certificates.

Also, by using SSL, yes, I meant SSL certificate.

Basically, website URLs have extension with .html

The Global Configuration "Add Suffix to URL" (available in the section/group "SEO Settings") would help you in achieving this.
