unwanted URL in joomla

Hi all,

I have this unwanted URL in Joomla which I have not created myself. I don't know how it is created and I don't know how it is indexed in the search engines!!
Here is one example:
https://santoorpedia.com/publics/index/62/
I don't have any menu item as publics or any URL alias as publics or any folder as publics!
how do you think is this possible?
Any solution? not a work around like redirect but a solution? :pop

There is an article with ID 62.

Switch to Modern Routing and Remove ID from URL.
