sitemap and duplicate url

hi everyody, for the first time in my life I have created a sitemap of my site and i've found many duplicate url's.
the urls are identical in all respects except one. I attach example

I have read various discussions on this topic but it is not clear to me what is the best solution to eliminate these duplicate url's and possibly limit their reappearance.

Use https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/osmap/ and generate the sitemap based on your menus.

I've used osmap for sitemap and thats the result?

Then you have two separate menu items pointing to the same page and the second menu item is using the same url.
