How is this URL being routed?

Running Joomla 3.10.11. A user sent me a message about a problem in the page generated by this link
SITEROOTURL/25-main-content/primary
I cannot figure out what this is pointing to/being routed to.
I have no hidden menu item with a similar alias. I cannot find a plugin that purports to do this kind of transformation. And I can't find a component that would display what you get with this URL. It seems to be some kind of overall site content summary.
Would appreciate any insight.

Is there a Menu Item with ID 25?
