When I try to install a new template using the "Upload Package File" option I get some information about JED now available and a button to hit for adding the "install from Web" tab. this is the only option I have other than to quit the install so I press it. Immediately I get messages "Package file does not exist" and "Unable to find install package". Nothing else, it just quits here and I can't go on with the template install.
Suggestions?

This problem has disappeared. I'm not even sure how it got fixed, but after two days of effort it works now.
