Logo not displayed where it should be

Post by Olv » Sun Sep 27, 2020 2:26 pm

Hi everyone,

I am using the HolidayApartment template from E4J and as you can in the screenshot attached, the logo should be displayed next to the menu, on the left.

On my site (www.blueturtlehotel.com), the logo is displayed on the left but higher than the "logo" and "menu" position. As if it is on the "user" position.

Do you have an idea where the problem comes from?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Mod. Note: Relocated the topic to the templates forum.

I tried with tp=1, but preview module positions is not enabled.

Maybe the logo and menu should be inline and not on separate lines. However there is a cookie policy module between them.

Thank you for your quick reply Per Yngve Berg.

You are right, there was a cookie policy module on the "user" position. I have unpublished it now.

Logo is on position "logo" and the menu is on position "mainmenu" but they are still not aligned.

Also, I am sorry but I do not understand what tp=1 means. Could you please clarify and tell me what I can do?

Thanks

Enable Preview Module Positions in the Options in Template Manager.

Quick fix: add the following lines to the end of your custom CSS file:

Code: Select all

#lmpart {
	 width: unset;
}

The file is not "custom.css".

Create a custom CSS file called user.css, which is used for for any custom CSS you need to add to your site, following this documentation: https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Adding_a_c ... _Protostar.
