Helix3 - upload photos - SyntaxError

I bought a template but I do not have support from the author of the template. That's why I need to look for help.

JoomShaper (makers of Helix) should definitely provide support for their paid products.

We need more information..... what template is it and from whom was it purchased?

Normally you'd upload the images to the JOomla media gallery.....or do you mean something else. Some screenshots of your processes taken would be useful.
