Making site mobile friendly

Post by echopulse » Fri Jul 02, 2021 4:21 pm

I'd like to make my site mobile friendly. Is there a way to display different code on mobile devices, or some other way to make this page look better on mobile? Specifically, my two column layout using Gantry Helium is displayed in one column on mobile. I'd like the pictures to be above the text instead of the way it is now.

Hello echopulse

I just tested your site on a mobile device and it looks great, maybe for what you want, you could use bootstrap to control the look and feel on mobile devices.

Gantry has controls to do just that using media queries and breakpoints.

Additionally, Gantry has a Mobile Menu Particle to display a mobile version of the main menu.

Cheers :)

Thanks. I'd also like to know how to change the link color on my front page. My other pages have blue links, but the home page has white links, and I don't know why, because I went through the style page and everything matches.

Still Gantry? Check the Styles for that specific Outline. Be sure to verify whether it's inheriting values - like from a Base or Default.
