Template width not responsive

I am struggling to find a fix for this. The template is not be enough in mobile view. It cuts off the comments and video in this particular shot. See screen shot. Thanks.

Resizes for me OK with FF and chrome browsers .

This issue is coming from a Samsung browser. Any best practices to help make this responsive?
