I can't click on the site view.

Everything to do with Joomla! 3.x templates and templating.

In Joomla Page
Press on the view site, the page showing the website becomes
"403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied"
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Welcome to the Joomla forum!

The option View Site works all right in Joomla 3.10.11, for both Protostar and third party templates.

What happened to the style Protostar - Default in this site? It comes with Joomla 3 and the next Joomla 3.x update will likely restore it.

Did you download Joomla 3.10.10 from https://downloads.joomla.org as recommended or use some other method?

Not saying this is the solution because if you can access the admin you should be able to access the front end as well.

But the only time I have encounter this myself is when my own server blocks my access.

Sometimes I need to change things inside the .HTACCESS.

Sometimes it is a security setting I need to clear off or eliminate inside my hosting.

But this blocking seems like your server is not letting you in.

Might be wrong.
